AI Smut Generator is a private writing tool for adult fiction. You can write almost anything inside one clear set of rules. This page explains those rules in plain English, how we enforce them, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What you can write
Fiction about consenting adult characters, at any heat level from a closed door to fully explicit. That includes:
- Dark themes, morally grey or villainous love interests, crime, danger and high stakes in the plot
- Any consenting adult pairing, in any combination of genders
- Fantasy, paranormal and monster romance, as long as every character is a sentient adult who can consent
- Power dynamics, rivalry, obsession and tension, inside a relationship both characters choose
- First person, third person or second person (you, Y/N)
Every character in a AI Smut Generator story is a fictional adult, aged 18 or over, and the character sheet says so.
What we never write
These rules apply on every plan, in every language and in every mode. There are no exceptions and no settings that turn them off.
- Anyone under 18. This includes characters described with childlike traits, ages, bodies or settings, and any framing that leaves a character's age in doubt.
- Real or identifiable people. No celebrities, creators, public figures or people you know, whether named or described closely enough to identify.
- Non-consent or sexual violence. Dark romance on AI Smut Generator stays consensual.
- Incest.
- Bestiality.
- Necrophilia.
- Trafficking or exploitation.
- Copyrighted text reproduced from published books. You can write in a style or a genre. You can't use AI Smut Generator to copy someone else's pages.
These lines are why AI Smut Generator can stay online, take payments and keep your stories private. We think they also make better fiction: the tension in a good romance comes from two people choosing each other.
How moderation works
Every generation passes four checkpoints. Most of them take a fraction of a second and you will never notice them.
- Input check. Your premise, character sheets and any free text are checked before anything is written. Prompts that clearly fall outside the policy stop here.
- Policy instructions. The writing model works under fixed instructions that carry this policy into every scene, so it stays inside the lines without stopping mid-chapter to lecture you.
- Output check. The finished text is checked again before it reaches your screen. If a passage drifts outside the policy, it is held back.
- Human review queue. When an automated check flags something it isn't sure about, a trained reviewer looks at it. Staff can't browse your library. Review happens only when a flag requires it, and the reviewer sees only what is needed to make a decision.
We don't rely on the model's own refusals. The checks sit outside the model, so the rules hold even when a prompt is clever.
If a prompt is blocked
You will see a short, friendly message: "We can't write that one." No accusations and no wall of text. Usually the fix is simple, such as stating that a character is an adult, removing a real person's name, or making it clear that both characters want what is happening.
Your prompt is kept on screen so you can edit it. A blocked prompt does not count toward your daily limit.
If you think the block was a mistake, tell us. Each block message has a report option, and you can always email support@example.com.
How to report a problem
- In the app: every story, chapter and blocked-prompt message has a report button. Use it for anything that looks wrong, including a story that drifted outside the policy.
- Intimate content of a real person: if you believe content on AI Smut Generator depicts or identifies you or someone you represent without consent, use our Take It Down process. We act on valid requests within 48 hours.
- Copyright: to report text copied from your work, send a notice under our DMCA policy.
- Anything else: write to support@example.com or see the contact page.
Reports are read by people, not filed and forgotten.
What happens to accounts that try to break the rules
Most blocked prompts are honest mistakes, and one block does nothing to your account. Repeated, deliberate attempts to get around the policy are treated differently:
- Warning. A clear notice explaining which rule the attempts ran into.
- Temporary restriction. Generation is paused on the account for a period while we review it.
- Permanent ban. The account is closed and new sign-ups from the same person are refused.
Any attempt to generate sexual content involving minors skips the steps above. The account is closed immediately, and we report to the relevant authorities where the law requires it. Paid time on a banned account is not refunded, as set out in our terms.
Transparency reports
We will publish moderation numbers every quarter, starting after launch: how many prompts were blocked, how many outputs were held back, how many items went to human review, how many reports we received and how fast we acted on them, and how many accounts were warned, restricted or banned. They will appear on this page. Until the first report is out, we won't quote numbers we can't stand behind.

Questions
Is AI Smut Generator really uncensored?
Within this policy, yes. Any heat level, dark themes, morally grey characters and any consenting adult pairing, with no refusals halfway through a scene. The short list of things we never write is fixed and applies to every plan.
Can a dark romance include violence?
Violence in the plot is fine: crime, danger, revenge, a fight that goes wrong. Sexual violence and non-consent are not. Every intimate moment in a AI Smut Generator story is chosen by both characters.
Does anyone read my stories?
Not as a matter of course. Stories are encrypted at rest and staff can't browse them. A person reviews content only when an automated safety check flags it, and then only the part needed to make a decision.
What happens if my prompt gets blocked by mistake?
Rephrase and try again. If you think the check got it wrong, use the report button on the message or email support@example.com. A person will look at it, and the feedback helps us tune the checks.
Do safety checks still run in no-log mode?
Yes. The checks run in real time as the story is written. No-log mode changes what we store afterwards, not the rules about what can be written.
