This page explains how to request removal of non-consensual intimate content from AI Smut Generator, operated by [Legal entity name]. It follows the notice-and-removal process set out in the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12), which requires covered platforms to remove non-consensual intimate visual depictions, including AI-generated forgeries, within 48 hours of a valid request.
How this applies to AI Smut Generator
AI Smut Generator is a text-only fiction service. It does not create, host or display images, audio or video, and stories are private to the account that wrote them. Our Content Policy already bans fiction about real or identifiable people, and our safety checks block it.
Even so, we honor this process for any content on the Service that depicts, describes or identifies a real person in an intimate or sexual way without their consent. You do not need to show that the content is a "visual depiction" or that the law strictly applies to us. If it is about you and you did not agree to it, tell us and we will act.
Who can make a request
- The person shown, described or identified in the content
- Someone authorized to act on their behalf, such as a parent or guardian of a minor, a lawyer, or a legal representative
How to make a request
Send your request by one of these routes:
- Online form: {Take It Down form URL}
- Email: {Take It Down email}
- Post: [Legal entity name], [Registered address], marked "Take It Down Request"
Requests are free. You don't need an account.
What to include
To be valid, your request should include:
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough) of the person identified or their authorized representative.
- What and where. A description of the content, and enough information for us to find it. Because stories are private, helpful details include a story title, a username or account email, a screenshot, a date, or the exact words used.
- A statement of good faith. A brief statement that you believe in good faith that the content is intimate and was created or shared without the identified person's consent, with any information that supports this.
- How to reach you. An email address or other contact details so we can confirm receipt and tell you what we did.
Please don't send us intimate images of yourself to prove identity. A description is enough. If we need anything else, we will ask in a way that protects your privacy.
What happens next
- Acknowledgment. We confirm receipt, usually within {e.g. 1 business day}.
- Removal within 48 hours. Once we receive a valid request, we remove the content, or disable access to it, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt.
- Copies. We make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies elsewhere on the Service.
- Account action. Generating content about a real person breaks our Content Policy. The account involved is reviewed and may be restricted or closed, as described on our safety page.
- Confirmation. We tell you when the content has been removed.
If a request is incomplete, we contact you within the same 48-hour window to ask for what is missing, and the clock restarts once we have it.
If the content involves a minor
Any content involving someone under 18 is prohibited on AI Smut Generator. We remove it immediately, close the account and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities as required by law. You can also report directly to NCMEC through its CyberTipline, or use its free Take It Down service.
Good-faith removal
We remove content in good faith based on the information in your request. We may keep a record of the request and the removed content, stored securely and with access restricted, where the law requires it or to defend against claims.
False requests
Knowingly submitting a false request may have legal consequences. If you believe content was removed because of a mistaken request, contact support@example.com.
